The answer lies in our innate fear of the unknown, our resistance to stepping outside our comfort zones, and our tendency to cling to familiar routines and habits. However, by understanding the underlying reasons for our resistance and implementing strategies to overcome it, we can navigate change with confidence and grace.

One of the primary reasons people resist change is fear – fear of the unknown, fear of failure, and fear of stepping into the unfamiliar territory.
