Cultivate An Attitude of Gratitude

by | May 3, 2020 | Gratitude

If you want to cultivate an attitude of gratitude, begin by writing down the things
you are grateful for. Then put it up in a place where you can see it every day. Start
with what you already have and the blessings you have received. When you do
this, you begin focusing on the things you can be grateful for. They may be things
or people you’ve taken for granted that already make your life easier. When you
are in a state of gratitude, you feel expansive and that feeling allows for greater
opportunities to come your way more easily.

Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and
more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can
turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend.
