The Universal Law of Attraction

by | May 11, 2019 | Universal Principals & Laws

The Law of Attraction, a universal principle widely discussed in today’s self-help and personal development circles, suggests that your thoughts have the power to manifest into reality. In essence, like attracts like, much like how metal is drawn to a magnet. While many people have embarked on the journey of harnessing the Law of Attraction, not all have achieved the desired results. Why? Often, it’s because they haven’t delved deep enough to address the underlying, subconscious beliefs that can either empower or hinder this process.

The Subconscious’s Role in the Law of Attraction

Consider this: you may consciously desire a loving and supportive relationship, as I once did. However, if lurking in your subconscious is the belief that you don’t deserve love or that you are unworthy of it, these subconscious beliefs will invariably dictate the outcomes you attract. For me, it meant continuously drawing emotionally unavailable partners into my life.

The critical takeaway here is that your conscious thoughts are only part of the equation. Your subconscious beliefs, formed through years of experiences, conditioning, and self-perception, often have a more significant influence on your reality. To master the Law of Attraction, you must work at both conscious and subconscious levels.

Subconscious Transformation through Affirmations

One powerful tool to transform negative or limiting subconscious beliefs is the use of affirmations. Affirmations are concise, positive statements crafted to rewrite your mental programming. By repeatedly affirming your desired beliefs, you can begin to change your thought patterns and, ultimately, your reality.

However, the subconscious is a tricky terrain. It often resists change when approached directly through conscious effort. That’s where a more indirect route comes into play—listening to affirmations while sleeping.

The Subconscious’s Receptivity During Sleep

When you’re asleep, your conscious mind takes a back seat, allowing the subconscious to be more receptive to suggestions. This heightened receptivity makes sleep a prime time to rewire your subconscious beliefs positively.

To embark on this journey, I recommend a guided meditation by Kelly Howell, which I’ve found particularly effective. To maximize the benefits, use headphones and listen when you can fully relax.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aVR8TCA6Cm4]

The Subconscious Transformation Process

  1. Preparation: Find a comfortable, quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. Use headphones for an immersive experience.
  2. Relaxation: Before beginning the meditation, take a few moments to relax your body and mind. Focus on your breath, letting go of any tension or stress.
  3. Listening: Allow the guided meditation to take you on a journey into your subconscious. Absorb the positive affirmations, letting them wash over you like gentle waves.
  4. Trust the Process: Remember that change takes time. Trust that the repeated exposure to these affirmations will gradually reprogram your subconscious beliefs.
  5. Consistency: For the best results, make this guided meditation a part of your regular routine. Consistency is key to achieving lasting change.

The Law of Attraction and Your Subconscious Transformation

As you engage in this process of subconscious transformation, you’ll begin to align your conscious and subconscious minds, harmonizing your thoughts and beliefs. This synchronization is the key to unlocking the full potential of the Law of Attraction.

Conclusion

The Law of Attraction is a powerful force that can shape your reality, but it requires a holistic approach that includes addressing the beliefs residing in your subconscious. By using tools like affirmations during sleep, you can rewrite the script of your subconscious mind, ensuring that your conscious desires align with your deepest beliefs. In doing so, you embark on a transformative journey, allowing you to manifest the life you desire and deserve.
