Soul-Centered Breathwork is a rediscovery of ancient practices that opens doors to non-ordinary states of consciousness. These sacred experiences are important tools for reclaiming the lost aspects of ourselves that can bring us back to wholeness.
In This Series of Posts…
I will address the difficult issues of addiction, trauma, and depression.
These are just a few of the various ways that breathwork can help. Whether you’re in a crisis, need to lose weight or are looking to find your life purpose, breathwork can release the limitations that keep you from moving forward.
Soul-Centered Breathwork stimulates healing on the physical, emotional and spiritual levels, unblocking and releasing repressed memories.
Breathwork activates the pineal gland in the brain which releases DMT( N,N-Dimethyltryptamine), a naturally occurring chemical which is often used in psychedelics to help us return to our natural state of peace and unity consciousness.
The root of the word breath means Spirit. It energizes the psyche, activating our natural state of wholeness, resourcefulness and creativity. As balance is restored through the transformational process, feelings of peace and well-being become our new reality.
