Embodying Gratitude

by | May 3, 2020 | Gratitude

We hear people say, ‘Be grateful for what you have’ or ‘cultivate an
attitude of gratitude’. In this series of blogs, we will take an in-depth
look at what gratitude is and how important it is to develop. You’ll learn
specific ways to focus on your gratitude. It can help you increase the
things you want in your life and decrease the things you don’t want.
Do you spend any time thinking about what you are grateful for? I
know that I generally have to stop and think about it. Then I go on
about my busy day thinking about all I must get done or what’s for
dinner. Making a specific time each day to focus on gratitude can
impact your life in a positive way.

“Cultivate the habit of being grateful for every good thing that
comes to you, and to give thanks continuously. And because all
things have contributed to your advancement, you should
include all things in your gratitude.”
― Ralph Waldo Emerson
